Technical Banned account

Hello,

I tried to open a ticket but I keep having an error.
I wanted to log in (after several years) but I saw that my account is banned, which I don't understand why?
I haven't played on Warmane for several years and I don't remember having trouble last time I played.
May I know why it is this way ?
May I also ask if my account can be unbanned as well ?
