Pandaria I cannot log into my account

I wanted to ask if someone can help me to get into the game,
i had some time not logging in and when i tried 1 year ago i found out my account had been cleared and i talked with someone if there is any possibility to get it back, i started seeing my characters on my warmane account but not by name and only by number and when i try to log in game it never loades
