WotLK How to realm transfer?

Am in shop -> services /w coins, i only see level up, faction change, etc... but i do not see realm change option

You can’t transfer characters between realms unless they are on a progressive realm. Once a progressive realm like Onyxia reaches its final phase, it will automatically ask you to merge with Icecrown.

ehhh, i want to switch from icecrown to blackrock, i can't do that? :O

No, because neither of them is a progressive realm.
To be eligible for the merge option, your characters must be on a progressive realm ( that means a realm designed to eventually reach the Icecrown Citadel and Ruby Sanctum phase). Once it does, your characters will be automatically merged into the Icecrown realm, and the progressive realm will reset to its initial phase.
