I have returned from a few weeks (3-4) of a hiatus, due to not being able to launch the Warman 3.3.5a application. The application would just crash on launch, even after months of playing without issues.
Now that I have returned, and can launch the game. I log in, and now my character list is completely empty. I also logged into the Warmane website, and it shows 0 characters in the Barracks. PLEASE HELP!
There are no logs of manual character deletion, and I had at least 2 characters at lvl 70. As a matter of fact, there are no logs past today in my Warmane account.... I spent a lot of time on those characters, and am almost raid-ready.
I have met all of the requirements for at least 2 of those characters to not be cleaned up, so what happened!?!?!
There was no clean up in the last few weeks, and all of them just consider inactivity for a long period of time. No character deletion was done on our side.

Hello, I can confirm that I have logged into the correct account. I only have 1 account in the Warmane system.
I also created 1 brand new character named "randowarlock" to ensure this.
I had to manually search for my characters within Warmane's system, and they show up in the Warmane Armory, just not when I search for my account's associated characters.
Characters I manually found, but not in my account's character list: "Nuradi" (lvl 70 Druid), "Jigza" (lvl 60 Warlock), "Kalthang" (lvl 70 Paladin).

I can't solve any issues that aren't related to the Forum, I'm just answering your thread.
If you're on the right account 100% for sure, someone accessed the account and either deleted the characters or sold them (selling would require your account being Premium). Restoring one of them for free would require the deletion to have happened very recently, but you can still try checking if either shows (https://www.warmane.com/account/services). That has a cooldown of seven days, so one or all three would take Points or Coins to restore, as long as the deletion happened within the last 30 days, after that they are gone for good.
Sounds like I need someone else to jump on this who has the ability to solve the issue... This is clearly not Forum-related.
I already mentioned that there are 0 logs of a character deletion, access to the account, or anything of that matter. I am not elevated to a Premium account either... I feel as though you should have the ability to confirm all of this information BEFORE you try to tackle the issue. The characters. are. just. gone.

There was no data leak on Warmane’s side. If there had been, you wouldn’t be the only one experiencing unauthorized logins , many players would have been affected at the same time. Since you’re the only one reporting this issue, it suggests one of the following:
- Someone gained access to your account because you shared your credentials.
- Your device is infected with malware that sent your login information to a third party.
- Or, you may have simply logged into the wrong account by mistake.

This is not in-game support, and your issue falls under the in-game issues category. You need to open a ticket with a Game Master. However, keep in mind that it’s unlikely they’ll be able to assist you, as the deletion wasn’t caused by Warmane.
