Support Needed - Scryers faction not offering quests after choosing faction

I completed the Scryer's faction choosing quest from Khadgar after following the minion around the city.

No scryers quests or signet rep turn in quests are available for me to raise my reputation.
Even quests in Netherstorm or Shadowmoon are available.

Please help I'm not sure how to fix?
