Blood elf pallies

Blood elf pallies do have a rez quest, right? I have ran into entirely too many blood elf pallies who haven't done this quest. I am tempted to make a blood elf pally just to do this quest and maybe even a horde shaman to do the water totem quest.

It is a common issue. Understandable because it's a lot to travel at a low level and the quest can be easily missed. It isn't really necessary either for most of leveling until it is.
