WotLK Removing a player from all other players friend's lists?

Is it possible to remove a player from all other players friend's lists or ignore lists?

As far as I know this can only be done via character deletion/restoration

It can be done by changing factions, which includes a rename, but if someone has an item crafted by that person "<Made by Xxxxx>" or a mail letter the new name will stay there.

You can get a toon off friendslists by deleting/restoring or faction changing.
Mind that this merely deletes that character from friendslists. Any item you've crafted will still have your name somewhere and you'll be spotable on armory if you're listed on anything on the pve ladder or leaderboard.

Also bear in mind that it's literally just a characters name you're taking of random lists. It's not like people won't remember you as a player if you run across them again - and that's something you can't change because many servers remember their players very well.
