HELP! How to make money with professions.

Hello i need some help, to make money the most efficient way possible.
The current professions and chars i have are:
DK - Alch, Jewelcrafting
Druid - Herb, Mine

I picked up transmutation on Alchemy since i think the titanium transmute is really good.
Please help me make some money because i've only played Mine + Herb and i can't find any guides on making money with all those professions combined :)

the interaction with herbalism+alchemy should net you steady returns - join any decent active pve guild and be their potions/flasks supplier. Everyone has professions, not everyone has the time/cares about DIYing/has regular seller.
