Hi i open a ticket in game and took more than 24 hrs for wait and dev didn't even help me told me to go to website.
My issue here is i bought a wrong gear leg,chest,glove mind you im new to game and stupid i bought a level 60 gear instead of 70 PLEASE HELP ME i already spend a lot of hours and i dont want to quit the game PLEASE PLEASE help me refund the item. i dont mind donating the game to help the server i just want the refund because i put effort and just wasted on wrong item

You need to open a ticket through My Account -> Support. The people who answer those tickets have the power to fix your problem, the GM team does not.
