1. Reports to players

I just want to know what line they follow when they ban a person. I have seen unfair bans, deserved bans that are not completed, and an endless number of situations that contradict each other, as related to the rules. I just want to know if anyone knows exactly how reports happen and what they base their actions on.

I'm going to tell you about a situation that happened to me a day ago:

I was in a raid and the ship ring came out, the rapid ascent, Shamy's Biss rest, the guy was a 5.5 boomy, we were rushing him HC at 25, he put the ring and I got a 98, I won it and then he said it wasn't for heals, so a 2nd roll mage must have won it, which was already strange to me. but the best thing was when he didn't give it to him either and kept it for his boomy. So report it giving your name, date, and time, in addition to adding 2 photos.

And the GM's response was the following:
first they told me that the 2 images were not valid and had to be on IMGUR, something that I still don't understand today.
I re-uploaded the photos to INGUR and responded to them, the next day they replied that they have no evidence to ban him, (The photos were unretouched and my roll was perfectly visible, in addition to people from RAID saying that I won it, and they never gave it to me), even so they did not ban him, can someone explain to me if I did something wrong? because these situations are frustrating

  2. I am not sure I understand what you're saying, but if you are saying that you, as a healer, won Ring of Rapid Ascent in rolls but they didn't give it to you, that seems normal to me since that ring is not a healer item.

  3. The thread explaining how to report a ninja lists four required screenshots.
You say you had two, and one completely irrelevant to the report (people saying you won the roll).
