Technical Gameclient acts as if im am new every time i start it

Everytime i want to start the game, it puts my game in window and shows the cinematic, My settings and everything is gone so i have to do that all over again, everytime.
It doenst matter when i close the client and restart it, it keeps doing that.

Make sure the game folder and subdirectories aren't set to read only.
