Site Payment bugged and bought 20 coints by accident

Hey dear GMs,

I wanted to buy 10 points via credit card but when I authenticated myself it got stuck at "please wait we are processing your payment" for like 5 minutes. I then canceled the transaction and started a new one via direct payment through bank. That one went through. But when I checked my points it said 20 points... Any way I could get the first payment refunded? I didn't use the points yet.
