Death Knight Death grip bug?

Hello,

Recently I started farming in IceCrown and have plenty of Wpvp. Interesting thing I saw is DK death grip,
Is it bug or not? or maybe abuse?

Situation:
I am flying in the air, Death Knights see me in the air, he DEATH grips me to GROUND while he is in air and falling to ground, slows me and kills me.
Question is: Why he death grips me to ground, not to him, since he is in the air?

Hi, yes, this is definitely a problem. And death knights actively use it. It's very annoying. I asked the players, they told me that the administration knows about this bug and does not want to fix it (or cannot). I don't know if the administration actually knows or not. I recommend filing a bug report, I will definitely vote for it. This is just terrible!

Apparently it's as it used to be in original WotLK.

If that worked in retail, doesnt mean it wasnt bug there. It is obs a game bug, if character in the air and “game” thinks he is in the ground already and grips down to ground. Thats just abusive

That's how the game worked and what we are emulating.
