Technical Quest not showing on minimap

Hi guys,
I'ts my first time playing at private server and also first time playing WotL... so sorry for the dumb question: but why I cannot see the arrow for the quests to follow? I've enabled the quest traker, i reseted the UI and i also checked online for the answer but still nothing... Don't know what to do. I dont use mod.

Wotlk doesn't have Arrow that show quests , its an addon called QuestHelper
