So, at the start of the raid. BOE + PRIMO + SFS ress. I am okay with it but not with Blood Queen Crimson Choker that drops from boss. It's on boss loot table so it should not be considered BOE if it drops from boss. People put time and effort to kill boss and should be allowed to roll on item (those who need it as upgrade). The loophole, the lead states that he ress BOE and he can get away with it. This needs to stop, Choker from bag, it's fine with me, you lucky one who got it but from a boss should be a NO NO where everyone put time and effort to kill the boss.

Reserving these items is actually why many of these raids are even made. That is the raid leader's payment in a sense for organizing it. They do make a ton of gold from it sometimes. You'll also see a lot of raids boosting friends alternatively. I think it's a fair trade as organizing and leading a 25 man pug can be quite frustrating.

BoE item is BoE item, it doesn't change depending on what kind of mob it drops from.

Raid leaders deserve BOE, gathering bunch of randoms is extremely exhausting task.
I wouldn't want to be leader even if I get guaranteed 10x blood queen chokers at the end.

Considering it drops from a boss we consider it a boss item/loot, not BoE that can drop from trash mobs in a raid. If someone doesn't announce that this specific item is reserved at the start of the raid then it can be considered ninja looting in raids at that point, this is not Wodin's Luck Necklace after all.
