1. Code not received in email adress to log in

    Hi, I forgot my password in my account and when I click "forgot my password" I don't receive any code in my email box

    Can you please check what is the issue.

  2. You can recover the account by sending an email to [email protected] but expect to be asked for proof that you own it.
