Or that you don't have any item that meets the criteria for a refund to be asked, if that was the purpose, and in that case sending an email won't change that.

It would probably help a lot if you stopped being vague about it and just told us what it is you need technical support for. Then people would at least be able to tell you what to do next.

Support through the ticket system on the website is faster and for premium users only. If you are not a premium user then you have to use the email, which takes longer.
But, yes, if you told us what you need help with we may be able to direct you better.
