TBC (Onyxia server download)

Very nub question, sorry.

I've been playing on Icecrown-WotLK for a long time, but I want to try TBC.
How do I download and/or connect to the TBC server of Onyxia?

All you have to do is click the "Change Realm" button in the top right corner when you're at the character list on icecrown.
