Warglaive on blackrock TBC ?

I was wondering is it possible to get warglaives from illidan chest on blackrock TBC if yes is it 4% drop rate ?

You should be able to. About the droprate, according to wowhead (TBC - patch 2.5.1) it should be 5%:

I believe they lowered it but yes, possible.
