Hello. I recently start playing Server Onyxia. Everything was good till today that I tried to login into my game but I couldn't.
I entered my username and password, but it stuck in "Retrieving character list," and after it stuck for 30s, "You have been disconnected from the server." shows up.
What should I do? Am I banned or something, or I should simply delete some cache files?
