1. An opportunity to earn back rare loot/gear that can only be taken once currently

Certain gear(example, the 0.5 set)can only be obtained once and if lost, are lost forever, even by accident. Without being given for free, there should be a way to earn them back again, for example by paying a fee of equal worth after completing its quests. This concept is similar to official's item restoration concept. Not sure if it's possible but it would be a nice addition.

  2. Ever since 2FA became enforced, website support shifted away from in-game item support towards account support. Ever since that change, people cannot request old quest items gone to be re-sent to their characters.

Main examples are the Onyxia trinket from head of onyxia quest, which is a fundamental piece of the "block tank" setup for TOGC anub'arak adds, as well as Sunstrider Axe from blood elf paladins to cheese seal of justice procs with the very slow attack speed from the weapon.

I agree that it would be great if characters can re-obtain these items somehow.

  3. Ya if you could automate it through the website somehow. Just have like an alternate tab like the store with available quest items you've earned then just pay the vendor amount to get them back. It might be complicated to complete a full library, but you could start the concept and add certain items to it. They might even put these items up for coins as a severe penalty since you deleted them and make it worth it for them to build it.

  4. Ever since that change, people cannot request old quest items gone to be re-sent to their characters.
But they do provide support for Ashen Verdict rep ring. This is a common issue after purchasing a character from store.

  5. Thanks for the responses and support guys :D To answer to all of you, yeah, I found out the hard way that staff don't support item loss anymore.I respect the way they handle the server, I just thought this suggestion would be a great addition for those who enjoy aquiring rare items, completionists, etc, players who would benefit from not permanently losing something so rare through a missclick. Even if you have to use the coin store for it, it's not a bad "penalty", considering the rarity of some of these items, if you don't protect them enough, the coin store is a fair penalty, donate to make up for your mistake.I hope they take this suggestion seriously, it would make a lot of us happy to play more and if they go the coin store route, it might earn them a few donations as well.
