Technical Why there is a Q waiting list if there are server bots on?

Hi,

I would like to say that i'v seen a lof of bots on the server. Not player bots, server bots. Strange 80 players in noob starting places that just sit there. They buff u and heart out. They run on their expensive mounts in places that a 80 player would never go.

My problem is not about the bots. My problem is that i must wait 5-10 mins every time i wanna log in at hours when the server should be empty (american or russian hours). Why the hell u dont get a bot out when a real player want to get in? I mean, i played a lot with server bots on server repacks and i know 100% ai bots behavior, and warmane is using a lot of them.
