WotLK Blood Oath of the Netherwing - BUG?

Hello,

I am trying to to a questline that will allow me to farm reputation for a netherwing drake. I have finished up to the quest called "Ally of the Netherwing" but afterwards I was not offered the next quest called "Blood Oath of the Netherwing". I tried leaving the zone and coming back, re-logging and some other things that might help but nothing did.

I would be very thankful for any help on this issue.

You need a skill of 300 in Riding to be offered that quest.
