Sudden outbursts of disconnections on latin players for no apparent reason?

Hi, idk if any of you guys have experienced this but these past few weeks a lot of latin players have been getting simultaneously, for no apparent reason cause it's people from different countries or different internet providers. I'm in 2 latin lod cores and we've been getting screwed by the lags and disconnections for a while, a third of the group gets lagged out and disconnected and we can't really get any records :/
I just want to know if there's an explanation for this or if they're working on a solution.

Sadly I can only recommend a VPN and checking if there is an ISP thats not affected
