x5 exp for levels 60-70 in anticipation of WotLK

Will 60-70 xp be bumped up to x5 before the pre-patch hits so we can lvl up our alts? Also, will 70-80 be x3 just like all "current content" on Onyxia's been?

Imo, that's not really necessary. Wotlk leveling is insanely nice and pleasant experience especially when you have class that can heal or tank so you can just farm dungeons.
