WotLK Problem with lockbox opening

I'm having trouble opening lockboxes. Every time I try to open a lockbox it says it's locked and requires a lockpicking of 25, while my lockpicking is 44. Also, after trying to open the lockbox my loot icon becomes inactive and I can't loot any mobs. i have to logout and in to fix the loot icon but the lockbox problem wouldn't get fixed. i try change my auto loot to Manuel loot and didn't work also. pls help me. i choose the rogue for this ability. thanks.

Did you try w/o addons, and what lockbox is causing the issue?

hi. i dont know W/O addon. and i wanted open "heavy bronze lockbox" it need lockpic 25. i have 44
