afk bots in bg

Good day.
Why are there SO many AFK players and bots in Battlegrounds?
I've been doing daily PvP for a long time now, and every day I see the same players either doing nothing or sneaking around.
Why don't GMs even punish this behavior as a preventative measure?

Either to farm honor or it could be Blackrock players trying to do quests.

You can report it with sufficient evidence. Probably easiest to do with a video. Maybe you could take screenshots of their score at different times and show them isolated.

It just isn't plausible for a GM to sit and watch battlegrounds all day every day. I imagine players reported AFK repeatedly would be investigated. Who knows though.

easiest way is to remove crossrealm from battlegrounds... simple as that. aliance side is permanently filled with afk blackrock people.
