WotLK World Server is Down for only ONE account?

I'm online on Icecrown with 2 accounts, no vpn. On account1 I'm doing arena solo que, on account2 I'm doing auction house stuff. On account1 solo que pops, I accept, game freezes, World Server is Down, but only on 1 account.

account1: world server is down
account2: nothing happens, no lag, no one is complaining in global or trade chat

10 minutes later

account1: World server is down on all my Icecrown chars. If I switch to Onyxia or Blackrock realm I can log my chars just fine but on Icecrown "World Server is Down"
account2: still online and everything is normal

20 minutes later

account1: World server is down
account2: online

It's been 30 minutes now. Only on 1 account and only on Icecrown. I logged on the website, everything is normal but still can't log any char on Icecrown.
