Trasmog in future wotlk

Hello my question is simple will we have a trasmog NPC to trasmog our characters?

In Icerown and Blackrock WOTLK there is a system to trasmog, the thing is will be added on Onyxia too?

There was a staff member earlier this year that said transmog would come to Onyxia for Wotlk. I don't know if that's still true.

Probably meaning the rare scroll drops from bosses and PvP wins though, not some NPC that does it basically for free.

it will 100% be the same way they do on their other realms, scrolls of deception dropping from wotlk raid bosses and pvp.
