Technical Possible Mistaken Ban

I recently received a notice that my IP address has been suspended for 12 months due to too many bans registered on this IP. I believe this may be a mistake.

I have never used cheats, hacks, or violated any of Warmane's rules. I always try to play clean and fair because I truly love World of Warcraft and Warmane. I only use my home Wi-Fi connection when visiting the Warmane website.

However, I use ExitLag VPN when playing the game because in my country (Myanmar), the internet connection is very unstable and has extremely high latency. Without ExitLag, the game is almost unplayable. I use it only to reduce lag, not to hide my identity or break any rules.

In addition, I usually log in every day just to claim my daily points. I don't do anything harmful or suspicious. Due to Myanmar's current political and internet situation, sometimes the connection may change or appear unusual, but I assure you that I have no malicious intent.

Please understand my situation and kindly review my case. Warmane and WoW mean a lot to me, and I really hope this can be resolved. Thank you very much for your time and support.
