Hi,
I was wondering who had the genius idea to bring back 'The Ring of Valor' arena for SOLOQ.
It was unplayable as a priest versus dk/war or enh/war in 95% of the cases, you guys just made sure it's 100% unwinable now and the game ends in 8 seconds.
At least hardcode it to not have dk/war or enh/war in RoV versus disc pr and other classes.

Always that one guy. You get something new and fun for once and you cry because it's different. It rarely pops. Learn to adapt your playstyle to something besides running around pillars and extending arena games for centuries.

I assume you're not a person that plays or played the game at all. Your comment shows that you have absolutely no idea what happens to a priest when a dk and arms warrior have free access to the priest. You either never reached any rating above 1.2k or you've never seen a 3s match where a priest gets ran down by those two classes

I'm fully aware of what this is. Ring of Valor has been left out of the arena rotation here for ages. The main reason was because of pathing issues. The fact it's live and playable is a big deal that you guys are unfortunately dismissing. You don't seem to have an appreciation for Wrath content.
The reason they've made the map so rare is because of complaints from competitive players. And yet here you are strangely acting as if the entire game was destroyed. Did they not say it's like 1 in 25 games? That sounds like a serious compromise in your favor for something that was originally designed into the game. With that said your comment tells me that you in fact have never played the actual game where this arena actually existed.
It's not about the one class in the one matchup in the one bracket. You can make balance arguments for any of the arena maps based on that. It's about experiencing something different. It's about nostalgia. A lot of players have asked over the years for Ring of Valor and having it playable is awesome. That's the point. I think that's a fair compromise to let people have the ability to be able to do it and I don't think it ruins anyone else's game.
