Technical Bought wrong PvP item

I bought the wrong PvP item and kept it for more than 2h so I can't get a refund direct from the vendor. Can I get a refund from you? I was hoping to get resto druid helm and bought the feral one instead. If I can get the gems back it would would be perfect else I'll buy them again later.
