WotLK Problem with /cast [@cursor] and /cast [@player] macros

Hello guys !
I have problem with /cast [@cursor] and /cast [@player] macro. The problem is that , the macros won't work.

I'm talking specifically for
/cast [@cursor] Flamestrike
/cast [@cursor] Blizzard
/cast [@player] Flamestrike
/cast [@player] Blizzard

I have tried everything i can think of to make it work. Read through tons of forums, watched tutorials and etc.
I've tried deleting my addons, tried complete re-install of the game. I have tried it on my friend pc and the macros still wont work.
I am sure the syntax is correct and i dont know what else i can try.

In wotlk 3.3.5a you can't use @cursor and @player with spells where you have to select the location on the ground. That feature was added in a later expansion.
