Forum Is this intentional? (special symbols)

I noticed that I can use special symbols again, like Cyrillic.

Is this intentional? I remember that they had to be disabled because they were abused by bots (or sth).

[edit] I just noticed sth weird. Sometimes, I see the text written in Cyrillic when I refresh the page and sometimes it's ?????? (like it was before). Interesting.

I guess it's a false alarm, but if you click on this link:

You will see a post of mine where the word is written as it is (it's not censored). If someone is curious, I just use old comments to play around with the formatting options.

I'm pretty sure it's an error in the encoding of the forum.
