WotLK I can't access the Bgs

Hello, how are you? Sorry to bother you here, but I’m not able to create a ticket to report the issue I’m having with my account, so I’m creating this thread in case someone can help me. The problem is the following: I just leveled my characters to 80 and I can’t enter BGs, while other players get in within less than a minute. I was told that my account is bugged and that I should open a ticket, but it’s not possible to create one from the Warmane account page, and that’s why I’m asking for help here. Sorry for the inconvenience, I’ll be waiting for your replies.

Battlegrounds are separated in brackets, depending on your gear. If wait times are long for you it's because there aren't enough players of a gear level similar to yours.
