My character is stuck and bugged on a flying mount

Hello dears users. For some reason, for the past 9 hours, every time I log in with my character, a gryphon appears out of nowhere and carries my character flying out to sea until at some point it drops me and leaves me to my fate while fatigue slowly kills me. I need help here, I don't know what to do:c

From the website go into My Account > Services > Select realm > Select character > Set currency to anything > "Character Unstuck"
