WotLK Multiple DKs?

So, I think I asked this a while back, but I don't recall getting any answer. Would I be able to have 2 DKs on Icecrown, if I transferred one from Onyxia after it goes to the Wrath expansion? Or would I have to pay to keep 2 DKs on the same server? Asking cause, I wouldn't mind having both a Horde and Alliance DK on Icecrown, even if I have to keep only one active at a time with the 10 character limit
