Why is Lake Kum'uya devoid of fish especially Musselback Sculpin Schools

It's not devoid. I fish there for musselback, but the spawns aren't as heavy as other fish in other zones. If you're looking just for that, fly around the pools east of the lake where the murlocs spawn. There are schools there also. Normally about 4-7 schools between all of the pools and lake.

Now it's even worse! There are only 2 schools on the entire map.... I wonder how much longer it would take for someone to take action in this matter.
