Lordaeron journey and Raid goals

Hello, I was wondring if anyone could answer my concern about this.

I am new to Lord (not warmane) and I'm wondering if I am in the right place to level up my toon AND lead a 10 man ONLY guild.
I want to create a small guild with close players to raid and I'm not sure if this realm is the correct approach.

Is Lordaeron the right place for my idea? Have anybody tried this and succeeded? Could there be interest in JUST 10m content?

The Lorda community is definitely smaller and more tight-knit, so I'm sure you might find players interested in your venue. Can't say for 100% but I'd give it a shot. GL
