I am experiencing a persistent issue with the email two-factor authentication (2FA) system on Warmane.
The Problem:
When I attempt to log in through the game client (wow.exe), I do not receive the 2FA authentication code email. The request seems to be sent, but the email never arrives in my inbox or spam folders.
Key Observations:
When I log in via the Warmane website (warmane.com), the email with the 2FA code arrives instantly and works correctly.
This issue is not specific to one email provider; it occurs on all my accounts, including those using Gmail and non-Gmail addresses.
The problem is consistent across all my accounts, suggesting a systemic issue rather than an individual account error.
This bug prevents me from logging into the game seamlessly. I know other users have experienced similar issues.
