Ever since Blackrock got added to crossrealm PvP, this has been a balance issue that really doesn't make sense. Relentless weapons are completely unobtainable on 3.3.5 normally, meaning there's a gap for gearing players where you literally cannot obtain the same starter gear that the Blackrock players can. Melee characters rely a lot on weapon damage and due to the bursty meta, it's not bad to utilize the extra resilience from PvP weapons if you don't have 277-284 weapons.
This wouldn't harm PvE at all or affect donations realistically. I'm curious to see if this has any possible unforeseen consequence and it's incredibly easy to solve by simply adding them back to the vendors for 1600-1650 rating for the T2 variant and no rating for the T1. It would help a lot of people who are gearing through arena to fill that small stat gap when they get stuck in the 1600-1800 range.

They already replace tbc s2 and s3 with wotlk s6 and s7 at the vendors so its not like they are following any blizzlike server rules like they would like you to think so adding vendors with the gear should not be a problem to balance bg crossplay at least, right ?
Might be a little offtopic, but it seems like completely impossible for PVP players to get any decent weapon without doing PVE content. When player is not good enough for ranked arenas or geared enough for actual raiding, they are stuck with some 232 dungeon weapon for eternity. Or am I missing something?

You are not missing anything.
The point shop also has 232/239 furious weapons + 232 weapons from patch 3.1
