quick question, i just got the hyjal warlock helm the orange one that has the wings animation, my guild mate said he sees them but it doesn't pop up for me what can i do to fix this, i already turned on max video settings but it still won't show up

i'm not no, already tried deleting cache, hiding & unhiding helmet, i'm also on the new hd client maybe that's why?

Could be? Have you seen the effect on anybody else? Jumping or /roar giving you nothing?

i've not seen the effect on anybody else no but i've been told that many people in raid see it but i don't & it's a mix of people on hd client & old one so i'm lost :(

Why not try yourself with a clean client.

Also there is no canonical "hd client". There are lots of patches, and then some people prepare and upload clients that include a compilation of certain combinations of patches, and then people mix and match the patches on their own in their clients. It's impossible to tell what someone is running when they say they use an hd client.
