Posion Quest for Rogue

I try to find posion quest for rogue but it doesn't work for me , i just power leveling to my account how and where can i find it ?

If you play on WotLK servers, the quest isn't necessary, there are vendors that sells poisons. You can even track poison vendors on map. I dunno what's Onyxia's situation is. If the quest is necessary, the NPC's are listed below.

Horde: Speak to rogue trainer Shenthul in The Cleft of Shadow in Orgrimmar to pick up the quest The Shattered Salute.
Alliance: Speak to rogue trainer Master Mathias Shaw in Stormwind City. Pick up the quest "Mathias and the Defias." The NPC he sends you to speak with is in stealth, so she might be hard to spot.
