I haven't been able to connect since Sunday, only way that i have at the moment is using cloudflare, since it seems it's a problem with my ip i guess, is ts safe to use? Or will i get banned

It seems like its primarily south america being affected as far as I can tell by the spanish speaking language in threads.
Most of the time when i've seen these in the past its also been south america but its been like isolented incidents, now it seems to be affectins alot of users.
Using VPN seems to fix it for them but its indeed strange.
