Loremaster/Seeker achivement when transferring factions

As the title says, what happens with the titles? Do I have to redo all the quests etc if I faction change? does it stay? Is it perhaps even easier to complete since you do quests on both sides?

If you change faction the achievement progress got wiped, but you can change race to complete race specific quests.
