Faction change bug

After i changed my faction i cannot access sons of hodir vendor even tho im exalted and did chain quests how can i access the vendor again

After i changed my faction i cannot access sons of hodir vendor even tho im exalted and did chain quests how can i access the vendor again

I am in the same situation, I've made a ticket about it and that admin suggestion I should redo the "forging an alliance" quest but for me that quest giver aint there since the quest state is completely reset to default yet I can't re-start the questline eighter. I made a second ticket since the first one was closed without a solution, I'll let you know if this second ticket is more fruitful

The admin was correct in the first place actually, I thought I checked all towers for Thorim but managed to miss the correct tower, if you open the storm peaks map you see circle icons (the towers).. you need the one all the way to the left called "temple of storms" Thorim is there and I could pick up the forging an alliance quest again. hopefully its the same for you.. kinda weird faction change reset the quest state to that point, but whatever it fixed it
