WotLK Confusion at the item level

A while back I made the mistake of buying the Death's Verdict item in its normal version, as I didn't know about item levels in the game, especially when I first started playing. I'd like to be able to buy it again, but in the version I've always wanted for the Paladin, the Heroic version! Since each version has a price difference, I'd like to make future recharges to cover the difference in item prices.

We don't offer that sort of "upgrading an item," especially after "a while."
This account is from 2023, and you have posts all the way back from January talking about getting banned, so even if the account was created long before you started paying this would have had to be over an year ago. You can try asking Support, but as we don't have any "try before you buy" policy and you made use of the item all this time, I wouldn't count on a different answer.
