Technical Spent points but didnt recieve items - scared to spend more points

Had over 100 points in the bank i spent on various 12-point items..

Didnt get any receipt other than a confirmation points are deducted. Can you look into this? Thanks

Check your characters, see if you happened to send them to wrong character. If they weren't sent at all, then you can contact support.
