seal of righteousness vs seal of vengeance

Thoughts on these two when comparing damage? I've used seal of righteousness for a very long time but I'm curious if seal of vengeance is superior. I'm sure there are paladins out there who have looked into this and I'm hoping to learn

Well, are we talking about leveling or bosses? if it is a short fight ie. you are unable to get to 5 stacks, then righteousness is better - while leveling. But solo target sustained dmg vengeance is superior, since it does more dmg once applied x5. In Dungeons you usually swap between the Seal of Command (AoE) and Seal of Vengeance. Make sure you also pay attention as to what libram you use, since 245 ilvl libram only works with vengeance.
