WotLK can't que dungeon 4,4 gs Halls of Reflection

hey i can't que dungeon halls of reflection , i have 4442 Gear score Warlock ,
is there any issue with it , my friend mage can que it by himself with gearscore 4200 ,
also then i hover mouse on this dungeon it says "you need better gear"

Replace any heirloom if you still have one. Those count as 1 ilvl items while providing good GS. They tank your average ilvl which determines your eligibility to join higher difficulty dungeons. If you don't have heirlooms in use, seek to replace your lowest ilvl items.
